Full refunds will be available if canceled before set dates made in Airbnb and Vrbo.

Partial Refunds available if made after set date through Airbnb or Vrbo. Get back 50% of every night but the first one. No refund of the first night or the service fee. 

Unfortunately, we do not allow pets on the property.

Depends per condo

Unit 1 • Maximum of 4 guests per stay

Unit 2 • Maximum of 6 guests per stay

Unit 3 • Maximum of 4 guests per stay

Unit 4 • Maximum of 6 guests per stay

Quiet hours start at 10:00pm and go til 6:00am

We do not allow smoking on the property.
